Guidelines for book & video donations

Fiction Books

Include: books that are clearly Christian, as intended by the author. 

Exclude:  non-christian works of literature, even if they were written by Christian authors.

Non-Fiction Books

Include: 

-Most biblical reference books are fine - Concordances, Bible Dictionaries/Lexicons, Bible Handbooks, Bible Atlases, etc.... 

-Please seek the guidance of a Pastor before approving any Bible Commentaries

-Biographies of notable Christians

-Books on Christian doctrine should be reviewed and approved by a Pastor.

We generally do not want to include books that advocate doctrines contrary to what we teach at Foothills Calvary. This is not to say that some opposing doctrines might not be correct, however we don’t want to introduce confusion about such things by including them in our library.

Exclude: 

-Books of history, or patriotic books about the United States

-”How To” books or success principle books even if written by a christian author.
