Our mission is to sustain and support those who are involved in the foster care system within JeffCo, including but not limited to case workers, foster parents, children and youth in foster care, and those individuals who find themselves aging out of the system.

We partner with organizations and other churches in our community to increase the positive impact we can all have in our communities.  By doing this, we cooperate with each other and lean on each others’ strengths to better serve foster and adoptive families.
