Please SAVE THE DATE for our annual in-person Trauma Training on February 26th - 6:00-7:30 pm at the church. Britt and Rhonda from CO Kids Belong will be joining us for Trauma Training including discussions around specific behaviors we have seen at Foothills Calvary, our Kids Nights Out, or anywhere in the community!
Trauma Training, online or in-person, is annually required for those serving or interested in serving with FAM and Children's Ministry. We are considered a "Trauma Informed Church" by CO Kids Belong so this is also open to anyone in our congregation or the community, the more Trauma Informed folks we have out there the better, spread the word!
There's no need to register, since it's during dinner time bring a snack to share and join us!

Foothills Calvary is hosting a Kids Night Out for foster and adoptive families on January 11th from 5-8 pm.
Children 5 years of age and older are welcome.
FAM is hosting a Kids Night Out for kids in foster care on January 11th and we need volunteers to engage with children, help with food, and play or supervise games!
This event will include dinner, games in the gym, donut themed crafts, a movie, and DONUT DECORATING!

We will be serving at the Operation Christmas Child warehouse. This year, we have 15 spaces for each for two days: Monday, December 9, from 12 - 4 pm., and Saturday, December 21, from 10 am - 2pm. Please sign up for your preferred date in the drop-down menu.
Special requirements: You must be able to stand on a cement floor for several hours. Once registered, you will need to fill out a volunteer waiver as soon as possible to maintain your spot. Please only register if you are fully committed to serving at this event.

We are hosting Project 1.27s Christmas Party on December 7th. To show these foster and adoptive families how much we appreciate what they do to help vulnerable children we would like to give each family at least one gift card for the holiday season. Please donate a gift card of at least $25 from King Soopers, Walmart, Target, Amazon, movie theater, bowling, etc. Drop off gift cards to the missions booth!
Come serve with FAM and Project 1.27 as we host their Christmas Party for their wonderful foster and adoptive families. We need servants to help with food, games, and more! This is our third year hosting this party and it's a wonderful opportunity to serve these families who take care of vulnerable children. Register online! Please note that serving with FAM requires a Servants Application, completed Trauma Training in 2024 and a current background check.
