Family Sunday shouldn’t only be celebrated for one day and family is more than just our church, relatives or even the family we choose like spouses and friends. Family is every child of God. We each have a responsibility to care for the fatherless children of our community. Calvary Belmar is developing a ministry that will have a variety of opportunities for our congregation to be involved no matter what their availability or life situation. Calvary Belmar is committed to expanding it’s family, one foster child at a time.

Pure and undefiled religion in the sight of our God and Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their distress, and to keep oneself unstained by the world. - James 1:27
